For this reason, the High Ambition Coalition for Nature and People, led by Costa Rica, France, and the United Kingdom as co-leader for the Ocean, is a nature-based solution that aims,by 2030, to protect 30% of the marine and terrestrial ecosystems of the planet. It also aims to avoid exceeding a global temperature increase of 1.5º Celsius and promote the protection of the Ocean.
