      In chip industry there is division between design and manufacturing. It has become easier to design chip and many companies are designing chimps for their needs (Apple, Tesla, Amazon).

      It is much more difficult to produce chip. Here there have been 3 players: Intel, Samsung and TSMC . Intel is loosing competition and it seems that there will be Asian duopoly: Samsung and TSMC with numerous geo-strategic impats.

    1. As far as I know, this is the first court decision that treats IP numbers as asset. It is an interesting development which will completely change legal status of IP numbers.
